Labyrinth-type Drip Irrigation belt installation instructions
Drip irrigation water generally goes through pressure stabilization, filtration and fertilization at the head hub, then through the main pipe and branch pipe, and finally drops to the root of the plant by drip irrigation belt.
The installation of drip irrigation belt is divided into the following steps:
1. Drill holes on the branch pipe
The polyethylene branch pipe is first drilled with a special drilling tool.
2. The water pipe is connected with the drip irrigation belt
As shown in the figure, a special bypass is used to connect the water delivery branch pipe with the drip irrigation belt.

Operation and use conditions of labyrinth drip irrigation belt
1. Drip irrigation belt must be used at an ambient temperature greater than 0℃.
2. Drip irrigation water must be filtered through a filter of more than 120 mesh.
3. When drip irrigation is carried out, it is necessary to slowly open the water main switch and gradually reach the rated working pressure, so as to avoid the damage to Drip Irrigation System caused by the instantaneous high pressure caused by the sudden opening of the valve.
4. When the drip irrigation belt is laid, the convex surface of the labyrinth runner should be upward.
5. Shear drip irrigation belt should be cut vertically, and the shear position should be between two flow channels.
6. The drip irrigation belt is used on the ground, and must not be buried underground.
