Centrifugal strainer filter suitable for Agricultural Irrigation Filtration System

Centrifugal filtration uses centrifugal force as the driving force. Suspension is added to a perforated drum with filter media (such as filter screen and filter cloth). Solid particles are trapped on the filter media, and liquid flows out through filter cake layers, finally, the filtration operation of filtrate and filter cake separation is completed. According to strict definition, centrifugal filtration only refers to the stage where there is a free liquid layer on the surface of the filter cake layer, that is, the filter cake layer formed by filtration is always filled with liquid. This is rarely used in industry. Centrifugal filtration used in industry includes the removal of liquid from the free liquid level penetrating into filter cake layers, and sometimes the removal of washing filter cake of water. Centrifugal filtration and centrifugal dehydration operations seem to be very similar, but the flow mechanism and calculation method are completely different.
