Agriculture Drip Irrigation System
The built-in cylindrical Drip Irrigation Pipe is made of polyethylene material with additives added inside. The pipe is black, which has the characteristics of light weight, crack resistance and durability. Compared with Drip Irrigation tape, the pipe wall is thicker.
Drip irrigation is full pipeline water delivery and local micro irrigation, which reduces the leakage and loss of water to the minimum. At the same time, due to the timely supply of water needed in the root area of crops, there is no loss of peripheral water, and the water utilization efficiency is greatly improved. Irrigation can be combined with fertilization conveniently, that is, the fertilizer is dissolved and then injected into the irrigation system. Due to the combination of fertilizer and irrigation water, the fertilizer nutrients are directly and evenly applied to the root layer of crops, it really realizes the synchronization of water and fertilizer and greatly improves the effective utilization rate of fertilizer. At the same time, due to small-scale local control, micro-irrigation and less leakage of water and fertilizer, the application amount of chemical fertilizer can be saved.

At present, the built-in cylindrical drip irrigation pipe is Φ16 type drip irrigation pipe. According to the wall thickness, drip irrigation pipes can be divided into three types: 0.6mm, 0.8mm and 1.0mm. The normal working pressure is 0.08MPa-0.1MPa. The distance between single emitter is fixed, all of them are 300mm, the water output of emitter is uniform and stable, the flow rate of single emitter is 3L / h, and the laying distance should not exceed 80m.
Because of the high quality and large wall thickness of the built-in cylindrical drip irrigation pipe, the service life of the drip irrigation pipe is much longer than that of the drip irrigation tape.
